By booking any service with us you confirm your understanding of the below:

We're confident that you will be pleased with our service. However, all items must be checked upon delivery or as soon as possible after. If you have any issues please contact us within one hour of delivery.

Our driver (my dad!) is busy taking care of all your collections and deliveries. Only one attempt will be made for delivery. If no-one is home we will leave your items outside your property (weather permitting). If this is not feasible your items will be returned to the workshop and a delivery charge of £5 applied.

Be careful not to give us anything that is not booked to be cleaned. accessories are charged extra and must be pre-booked. we are not responsible for any damage or loss to items not pre-booked.

when cleaned, Your items will be wrapped in plastic to prevent any dirt getting to them in transit. It might seem a good idea to store them in the plastic. We don't recommend this. Remove them from the plastic and allow them to air as soon as possible. We do not recommend storing your items in a shed, garage, outside building conservatory etc. this can cause mould growth. Please store items in a dark, warm, dry place.

We do our best to give you an indicative collection/delivery slot. Due to conditions outside our control (traffic/weather) we cannot always guarantee it.

We don’t guarantee that all marks, stains, mould can be removed but we try our very best and we can assure you that any stains remaining are clean and sanitised.

In some cases we may require to keep your items for longer to allow us to spend extra time cleaning them. We will always contact you if this is the case.

If any of your items are soiled heavily with mould that has been there for a long time, a chlorine based product may need to be used. This will be fully rinsed, laundered and steam cleaned to ensure any residue is removed.

Any items damaged or lost will be replaced with a like for like item. unless your item was new, this will be a used item.
